With the rainy season coming, mycotoxins are again a real threat to poultry farming and will be fatal if not controlled. A program to monitor the quality of feed ingredients, especially grains, is one way to minimize exposure to mycotoxin contamination. It is important to underline that the combination of more than one type of mycotoxin in raw materials will lead to intensified toxicity levels.
